Identified - Due to technical difficulties a number of card payments have failed. This issue has resulted in some failed payments that have been reserved and not released from the affected accounts. We are currently working to fix the issue and are hoping to release the reserved funds as soon as possible. Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
